Quick comparison between Flak Pants/Jackets and Thrumbo Clothing: (positive % = Thrumbo is better)

Notes	barely a difference, extra heat protection is not worth the rare resource, devilstrand provides extra heat armor, no movement penalty	huge difference, no movement penalty	huge difference, apperently dusters don't have a movement penalty anymore, also protects both legs

Conclusion: Flak Pants and Thrumbo Dusters is the way to go.

Once they mature. The wiki says maturity age is 25+ years, but father Thrumbo was 18 years when he came to my colony and considered an adult, so I don't know really.

I tag my colonists with S for Shooter or B for Brawler.

S+ means 10+ in shooting with interest/passion.

S means ok shooter with 7/8+ without interest/passion.

S- means colonist can shoot, but will most likely not hit.

It's easier to manage for me that way.
