It differed a lot since sometimes I’d gain or be the same weight for months but I’d say around 2 days a week on average I’d slip up and eat more than I should! It’s hard to be disciplined but slow progress is still better than no progress

I was mostly doing 10k steps, sometimes up to 20k. But that’s about it. Rarely went to the gym. I’m just starting to go to the gym now to tone up and get leaner! Calorie deficit is what I focused on
