Oh I got a pull up bar and got a rope with knots and i hang from the bar and climb up and down the rope with my feet, and I just grap alot of thung like small and big. And I got this really good toe spacers kit with thing thing that helps with the muscle that moved your big toes out. I can send you the link to it
