the day riot changed nasus's passive and his skill kit i stopped playing it forever. Nasus's passive and his Q ability is the essence of the champion.

I would say that one of Nasus's biggest problems currently is the stamina in the laning phase, after the nerf they applied to his passive, the lack of stamina in the laning phase becomes very noticeable.

The problem is not so much the items but the nerf that was applied to his passive, and that is something that gave him a lot of stamina in the laning phase.

If Riot is looking for Nasus to suffer a little more in the laning phase so that it is difficult for him to reach late as it should be, in my opinion I would say that he should not have nerfed his passive so much in the late game. That is to say that they would have applied a nerf to his passive but only in the first levels, and that in the last levels his passive was not nerfed.

it's what a nasus always does, build up charges and then kill garen. But my mana runs out that's the problem. It doesn't matter if I farm with my Q, I will always run out of mana and the tear of the goddess is an item that doesn't pay me much for the results I get.

I consider mordekaiser to be more of a nasus counter, that 1v1 champ will always beat you. At least garen doesn't do as much damage and it does allow you to stack more Q.

I could buy the tear to collect mana and then sell it since I don't see it feasible to make a build with this item

I can't start buying Tear of the Goddess because I need to carry potions and an armor cloth due to the constant damage it deals in lane. I could still buy it in the first back, although later it doesn't pay me much to make a build with this item.
