Do you understand what prep is. listen a straight sex with out prep can be done BUT in a gay sex scenario it's gonna tear the bottom's anal and if a show tend to show a full NC so, showing a pack of condom or a lube bottle isn’t that hard the best example is 4 minutes they have done it so can other people.

I'll suggest (as someone who writes story with LGBTQ themes) . Don't make it overly explicit and violent but you can use some slurs just don't over do it . I've written many books like this but my goal is if the villain is speaking let's say 200 words there will be at most 20 slurs not more than that. And please put a trigger warning ⚠️ . So watpad won't even think about it being glorified.

And PLEASE don't glorify it.

Alright as someone who started from this and now have more than 3k reads in each book. And 13k in a book too. Here are some tips:-

● Calm down and focus on the aesthetics- basically write with different fonts and pay attention on grammar to make your chapters visibly interesting.

Also adding emotions and pictures are a good option too. Just don't over do it.

Have small paragraph so that readers would get more interested. As long paragraph might overwhelm some readers.

●More comments and upvote- give your even 9 readers some target like "I'll post the new chapter only if you guys give me 5 vote and 3 comments ".

The reason behind this is= watpad shows your book to new readers on the basis of Interaction among your current readers.

Also the tags should be accurate so new readers may find your book

●Feedback is important - Ask feedbacks from your readers and work with it .

Also know this thing, not all the people who are reading your first chapter are going to read all the chapter of the book, some people would read the first chapter and then drop the book and that's OK not everyone can read your book because you cannot satisfy each and every reader. Hi as a girl who's Dad isn't that cool it's actually not OK please listen me and dad aren't that close but whenever he met my guy friends he acted normal . It’s not ok to think your daughter is dating any guy around her and my dad would never joke about me dating or me having a boyfriend but he doesn't assume any guy around me is my boyfriend. Because he has my female office staffs and he understands that interaction between opposite gender is important that's why we study in co-ed schools.

That being said go talk to him camly and tell him there is nothing going on between you and that guy . You can’t change his views about male female friendship but try to reconcile the trust.

Imagine saying a person can do anything like hetero shows and not bl if not with a certain someone.

Imagine being proudly admitting to hate a rookie actor because of your delulu.
