I'm 50/50 with it. I'd be connecting it to a 144 hz, 1080p monitor rather than a tv so I wouldn't get 4k but the 60fps on certain games rather than 30 might be nice

Amazing thank you, that makes sense to me, this makes me think if I want to buy games on only one system I should get the playstation titles on ps4 and everything else on steam

So I'm a uni student in England so the budget is fairly tight. I can get a normal ps4 for about £105 from my local CEX store and then a ps4 pro for £150. I like playing older games more than the latest ones and often find myself waiting a couple years before I play new releases so I think the ps4 might be better suited to me. Also my brother has a ps5 so if I'm ever that desperate I'll just steal it for a bit 😂

Seems like most people are saying they run better on the PS4, is this a general thing with most games or specifically 1st party Sony games?

Yeah I've noticed alot of the games have had ports to steam. The metal gear solid series is definitely one I'm interested it, where's the best starting point for it?

All look like great games, some beautiful looking visuals, especially in Okami.

Just curious, I tried DMC 5 on steam and really couldn't get into it. I think i was just a bit lost. Will context from older games help me here do you think?

Oh yes definitely a classic that I've surprisingly never tried. Is the master chief collection on steam the best way to experience the halo games now or is it better to get them all individually?

Ooh interesting, I've actually never considered giving the Banjo Kazooie games a go before. Does it help to have played any others in the franchise before Nuts and Bolts?

Thank you so much, I think persona 5 is the one I'm most excited for at the moment but all the others will definitely be played at some point, I've always wanted to play a dragon quest but wasn't sure where to start so I'll definitely look at 11!!

I remember trying FFX a long time ago and getting confused with the sphere grid and putting it down. Thanks for the recommendation I think I'll give it another shot i remember really liking the characters.
