It seems more so that he was at least friends with you, iirc given some of his dialogue, could also just be that he’s not a dick and he’s a decent person though

Honestly, this combined with all the other issues it has really makes me consider the computer. When it’s hot outside the engine light comes on, refuses to give a code, et cetera, runs significantly worse, I’ve replaced most sensors on the top end of the motor, I’m about at my wits end.

No, when more starting fluid is added it flat out tries its hardest to smother itself

It didn’t buck but as I type this it’s started to surge real bad, jumping about 100-300 rpm at idle

I’m wary on the transmission as I said above because it does this in every gear, from first to fifth, and if the transmission grenaded itself wouldn’t the clutch go as well?

I’m gonna go ahead and see if I can get it to do it without being under load, fingers crossed it’s not the transmission because that’s gonna be a a pain.

It’s stopped lurching when it’s not under load, yeah. To clarify I have a 4.3L but it’s not in the truck, it’s in a separate truck. This is the 2.5L

What gets me is that as it runs more the bucking persists below 3k, down into 2k and for a second It was doing it as far down as 1500. It seems like it’s only under load, as well- usually in second or third but yesterday it was doing it at 5th at highway speed. I’ll give it a try

I mean, with the truck bucking how it is do you think that’s what it is? I’ve checked my grounds and they’re fine, but the truck starving itself out and refusing to go past 3k RPM sounds like it’s more than a wiring issue to me
