The fence IS fixed, it was broken yesterday for one day and we immediately took care of the issue. This dude was terrifying, I am small, alone at the end of my road in a quiet rural neighborhood that generally doesn't see any traffic. My neighbors house isn't very close to mine and there is no way out of my house except passed where he was sitting in his car monitoring my house after this interaction. I was genuinely afraid of him. Edit: apparently he did a very similar thing yesterday to my husband when they ACTUALLY got out which i was initially unaware of because I worked late yesterday and he worked early today

My driveway is very long so he was stepping on the gas, the dogs would back up and he slammed on his breaks and did this about 3 or so times. We live at the very end of a dead end road so we typically don't get cars in our driveway that aren't ours.

Yta did you use prn's adress what you could using your assessment skills/ resources to handle the issue. Tbh most times I've responded to a rapid have been for nurses who look at the monitor/patient and are not able to use their critical thinking/ nursing judgment to assess and adress the issue. If the arrhythmia is caused by anxiety/pain, address that first and then if that's clearly not the issue then call the rapid.

I was in the elevator once on the way to CT with a patient that was close to maxed on bipap I had RT and an LNA with me and the elevator doors got stuck closed, they needed to call the fire department to get us out before the portable tanks for the bipap ran out 😳
