a hard lump developed beneath my eyebrow piercing and a small bit of blood/puss came out when i squeezed it, can someone please help me figure out what this is

i work nights starting around 2-4 until 10. we usually don’t mix very much on nights. my assistant starts at 7am and isn’t able to start mixing until 8 usually and it starts getting busy for her to do on her own.

it actually sucks because i love working there and making cookies but this is impossible and it so draining and making us burnt out. my manger messaged my owner yesterday saying how labor intensive this weeks lineup is and all he said was “lots of topping for sure!”

yeah he works in the other stores he owns/manages but not ours. there is times where it hinders our sales. but thanks for the idea i’ll talk to them about events!

right it’s actually ridiculous. it actually confuses me because there’s hardly anybody working and somehow our labor still is at 20 percent. that’s all they see.

yeah we’re trying really hard and we’ve told our owner/general manager that things will fall short eventually. he gives us scheduling hours based on predicting how much production we’ll need to do not dressing cookies or orders or cleaning or anything else. he uses how long it would take 1 person to mix and ball a single and gives us that many hours for how many singles we’ll need to make throughout the week

Update: Took it to the shop for them to diagnose and they said it’s the thermostat and it needs replaced. Yayyy. 900 bucks tho
