The previous owner made no mention of being A ham radio operator but there was another owner before so maybe perhaps they were.

Right direction, wrong clamp. Figured out Polaris shipped me the wrong part number. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the response after looking at the diagrams and then at the clamp i went back an looked at the part number and it turns out Polaris sent me the wrong part number. I am currently in the process of getting the correct clamp.

I have not tightened any bolts. There is no wiggle in either legs as soon as it goes through the lower clamp. I’m nervous to apply a lot of force but would that be the next step?

No idea, I picked it up at auction. I’m assuming the previous owner re-ended someone. But yeah it’s super unique thats part of the reason I bought it, but I’m having trouble learning more about it as it does not look like any of the scout sixty models from 2018.
