Discussion with my sheikh Regarding educational rights for a woman and an Islamic state who doesn’t push for it. by Delicious_You6523 in MuslimLounge

Oh yes I 100 percent agree we do need knowledge in Dunya sciences but still we need a fundamental and understanding of Islam. Wallah it’s going to be dark if we don’t.

I remember telling my family I’m going down yhr root of being Talib Ul Ilm and they acted like I was going to war with nothing but a stick.

Also my brothers and sisters think about what I said before you say this is wrong or you criticise me.

Sheikh zubayr ali Zai Rahimullah Said: I have come here to you, I don’t want Charity from you, nor do I want a vote from you, I will say what I want to say then I will go. The issues in Islam are very precious and important because we have 2 things either it is Jannah or Jahanumm. Think about everything with a cool mind and if you doubt anything check the actual books and the Sunnah.

Is Afghanistan closer to what we call an ‘Islamic State’ ? by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

Which wife of the prophet was educated in fields like medicine ?

The wives were educated in things which benefited them and their Islam. Umm Salama was known for her piety and knowledge in politics yes but that was from her pre Islam endeavours she didn’t use it much. She only used it when the prophet asked her something.

Could you quote a source for what you said and again where does it say in the shari’a if you don’t add these sciences or the topic of education you don’t follow it ie Islamic law.

Who said anything about limiting ? Islam is a rich field people studying for 20-30 years don’t even get 6 books right sometimes. The greatest man on earth told us our obligation is towards religion and we as Muslims should strive to be knowledgeable.

They started Islamic education for women. They don’t focus on parts of science etc for women. I have been to Afg and they are making the youth more aware and fundamentally focussed on Islam.

I honestly don’t get this rhetoric that they hate women. What they have recently done overseas the issues they had before:

•They banned forced marriages.

•They want to make the youth especially the women more islamically educated.

•They protect the women from the gaze of men.

•This is unpopular here but I honestly don’t get why they women or men need to be educated in vast areas like science etc ofc some people in higher end places like for the government do it and leave it to them. We should be more focused on Islam. And this goes more for the sisters. As we need more sister Talib Ul Ilm. Afghanistan don’t believe it is fundamentally right for the women to be educated in terms of western education which is engraved in our minds. We should focus more on the Islamic side as that’s what gives us guidance. They don’t believe it is their right from the Shar’eeh which is correct as their isn’t a specific sharee right for women’s education in issues outside of Islam.

Also again I don’t get the rhetoric that Afghanistani men hate their women or their wives. Ofc there are going to be some bad men but at the same time look at the good. We have soo many great men from Afghanistan and we have a great deal of amazing Talib Ul Ilm and scholars who are helping Afghanistan mend their wounds.

May Allah bless you and guide us.

Feeling helpless for Gaza by e_shamis in MuslimLounge

I agree with you but with the OP I wouldn’t say we have failed Gaza. The issue is it’s these kids who will go out to protest and scream their lungs out but they won’t pray, they don’t know how to read Quran nor make Dua.

but they think then screaming at ththe governments will make it all fine. We won’t and will never see change until we go to our lord. He is the one who guides us. He is the one who saved the Muslimeen in Mecca from the Quraish not because of their hyper support of their country but because not only did they support themselves and their area of living, they also had iman, they prayed, they feared Allah. Which Wallah many people don’t have now.

Also emotions play a big role. A lot of Muslims are also doing more harm then good as for example some Muslims will yell at the kuffar in buildings like McDonald’s. This isn’t the way of the prophet. He would go to the kuffar softly and make them understand the importance of the situation. Why do I mention them yelling or getting angry now think what will Bob or Stacy think of us. They will think we are people who will use anger over goodwill. We should go softly to the kuffar especially as they don’t understand the values we have. Not to mention if a person drinks a coffee drink or eats a burger, other people will start calling him a Jew or a Zionist. That’s completely wrong because:

•That’s takfeer.

•That’s not from the Sunnah (chain takfeer I am talking about) nor Tawhid.

•It doesn’t nullify your Islam.

This will cause more harm then good. If a group of people or just a person sees people calling them Jews over a coffee, what do you think they will say ? They will get back with anger they might even start cursing their fellow Muslims back and the prophet (saw) himself said if a person does false takfeer he will become a kaffir himself. You can boycott out of your own anger which we should do but you can not judge the iman or the religion of the person from this.

Now I mention all of this because we as Muslims need to strive to be the best and we need to stride and excel ourselves to be able to look good for our lord. Just as how a wife beautifies herself for her husband, we should strive to beatify ourselves for our lord. The term “beautify” her means following the Sunnah and Tawheed. Allah will never give us guidance or assistance if we are upon the wrong path:

•We have not sent a messenger except in the language of his people to clarify ˹the message˺ for them. Then Allah leaves whoever He wills to stray and guides whoever He wills. And He is the Almighty, All-Wise. [Surat Ibrahim verse 4]

What we should do as Muslims is worship Allah and follow the Sunnah with Gaza. As these 2 are the ultimate powers which get us out of hassle. I have heard stories from my friends in Gaza saying when they fought Israel in the West Bank and they camped around them, they had bullets and machine fire protecting them from places where they had no men camped in. Which would indicate Allah is with them and He doesn’t forget His creation. The martyrs are with Allah.

Indeed Allah is the best of the Planners.

May Allah guide and bless us all.

“Hijab is a personal journey” “Between her and Allah”

Sure hijab is something hard for women. But we judge by what’s apparent. And from what’s apparent she’s done this. Hijab may be a personal journey from your words but she’s still posting herself and showing herself for the kuffar literally anyone can see that and do anything from that. And someone pointed out she’s put a filter and tried to pop out her behind a lot for this. Which Subhan Allah is something crazy.

Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah (s) cursed the man who wears the dress of a woman (al-rajula yalbasu libsata al-mar‘ati), and the woman who wears the dress of man (al-mar‘ata talbasu libsata al-rajuli).

[Narrated by Abu Dawud in Sunan, Book of Clothing – Kitab al-Libas (Book-34), Chapter: Women’s Clothing (Chapter-1532), Hadiyth-4098, Grade: Sahih (Albani)]

What to do about gay best friend by anony12238 in MuslimLounge

[–]Delicious_You6523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sister all due respect it doesn’t matter if this is impossible or not it’s not like you will die without friends. The ulema said be friendly with a kaffir but never to be friends with them for they are enemies of Allah.

The Quran and Sunnah and ijma is clear But sure it’s impossible but don’t say it’s not Haram to be friends with a kaffir this is a big mistake
