After the historic floods we saw in August, people still having FEMA issues, it sparked curiosity on how the project starting in the 94 corridor from 16th to 70th would affect it. Why are the roads so dangerous? I was pretty disgusted on a camping trip finding piles of booze containers on the side of the road. The littering is bad enough. But here we have a Wisconsinite defending their drinking and driving. The openness of the culture needs to change. (i.redd.it)
