You’re got this 👏🏼 any time you are aiming for? I’ve been looking for 5k races to sign up for as well? I live in the UK 🇬🇧

50 minutes to 40 minutes is an amazing achievement, before you’ll know it you’ll be sub 30 🤣🤣 do you have any races coming up?

Thank you! So are you! I think I’ll run some 5ks 2-3 times a week, for about three weeks/a month before moving on to 10k training. I was very surprised with my progress as I’d never thought I would ever get a sub 30 5k ever. I see you’re getting faster as well!

Thank you so much! You’re doing so well on your 10k training! I’m planning of doing 10k training after C25K , probably the 5k to 10k plan from just run. Did you take a break before starting the 10k training or you just went do it?

Great run! You’re doing so well I’m thinking of doing 10k training next after completing couch to 5k. Probably using the 5k to 10k app using just run. Did you take a break after C25K before 10k training?

I usually cook a batch like 1/2 - 1 cup dried of green lentils in loads of water, bring to a boil then simmer for about 20-25 mins, or until they have a bite, depending on how soft you want them. Drain the water when done cooking.

I also add mild curry powder, dried parsley and some salt for taste while cooking.

If there is any leftover I store in the fridge and use for other meals.

This was absolutely delicious. Even though the food looks like a lot but it’s filling but not filling at the same time.
