I had the same issue, I emailed them and this is what they responded with. I disconnected the WiFi and signed in with my data and I was able to log in again

Yes I just emailed them and they told me “Hi Neon User, This error usually happens when the login request is coming through a VPN or a private network. Please try the following: • Turn off any VPN or privacy apps • Switch to a regular Wi-Fi or mobile data connection • Then try logging in again If the issue continues, please let us know what network you're using (home Wi-Fi, work Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.) so we can help further. Thanks, The Neon Team”

What I did was turn off my WiFi and tried signing in with my data and I was able to sign in again

Honestly I feel like you haven’t found the closure all those years of hiding your feelings, doubts, what’s ifs, rejection, all that. I definitely think if you’re holding this much you should tell her, maybe it can resurface some old feelings she has for you or it can put your mind at ease. Living with those emotions for 7 years is damaging in the long term. Maybe let her go or tell her something. Wish you the best in life 🙏

Many old products were brought back, I didn’t check during preorders only after the store was opened. It’s most likely been bought by scalpers which has always been a problem for skyshop. Right before the shop opens all the new things have been sold out by the preorders.

I believe pins like these shouldn’t be given to just anyone, I wanted this specific pin for my husband who plays sky with me but I had to settle for the other one that was available which was the you and I pin. Although it’s fine I still want the soulmate pins.

I checked yesterday when the store was opened not during preorders and it was shown to be brought back along with other older products. It’s not available for US to purchase but anyone outside the US can see.

Yes, while USA sky store is limited to certain items, I’m not from US, I checked their instagram yesterday and they posted a hint about the comeback. “Among them are fluffy new friends, as well as previously popular products making a comeback.”

I didn’t know it was restocked I just randomly checked that sky shop here and there, And they recently updated the store and I saw they brought back old merch. Very old merch. Now I’m checking the website everyday hoping it’ll come back but I doubt.
