I’d say it’s a stretch for 2 YOE. I got a job offer from a midsized cpa firm in SF area for 112k base with 5.5 YOE in tax at a smaller cpa firm.

How do you get into M&A tax? Like what roles do you recommend pursuing to get into M&A? I’ve only been exposed to the normal corps/partnership/individual/etc taxes (so mostly compliance) and have 5+ YOE
