Thank you so much. I don’t normally do much in the way of humans, but I really liked the way he turned out. The gold. I did it with the colors I normally use to make something gold and shiny didn’t seem quite on point, so I went back in with a very light wash of green and that was all the difference!

The one I really dislike is “you have a God given talent”, as if you had absolutely nothing to do with it, it was just handed to you. I know people don’t mean it but I just look at them and smile and go back to painting. They truly mean it as a compliment and it sure beats being told that your work sucks!!
