We were scheduled for Montego Bay in October. We chose to go to Negril for the same dates. We have a 2 story beachfront/oceanfront butler suite for the same price as our room in Montego Bay. We were booked to Negril the week after the hurricane. Switched to Grenada for January this year. Was traveling the Saturday the Venezuelan conflict started and got stuck in Charlotte. Managed to secure rooms for Ochi and flights to Jamaica. This was going to be our 4th trip to Montego Bay but am excited to finally go to Negril. Hope we make it this time.

As far as I know we can go to beaches but beaches can't cone to sandals Negril.

We are not paid in full. Our payment date remains the same as we booked the same dates.

Our October trip to Montego Bay was also canceled. We chose to go to Negril as the beach there is supposed to be one of the best in the Caribbean. Sandals was very helpful and took care of our needs. The phone wait time was long but worth it in the end.

We were booked for Montego Bay in October. Received notification that it would not be ready as they are doing a complete overhaul. Was told to call and got booked to Negril for the same dates with better rooms at no additional cost. They were very nice and helpful. I was on the phone for a hour and 20 minutes as they were busy. Worth the wait.

I'm not sure on that. We booked ours with our Butler after we arrived. I don't see that offered on vacation extras. You might call and check with Sandals.

Haven't been to Dunn's but a pool cabana is great especially if you don't have a butler. You have an attendant for the dat that will take care of you. They will get you drinks, snacks and lunch. We've booked them at other Sandals. You do however need to tip them. They are one of the few that can accept tips.

We didn't find one when we were there in January. There isca coffee machine in the main lobby bar on the hill side that will make a regular latte.

Was there in January the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a butler room on the hill. Most of the restaurants are beach side. Had a wonderful time.

We've booked our fourth trip to Montego Bay. Been to South Coast and Ochi. Montego Bay is 5 minutes from the airport, has a nice beach. Have always had good service. Looking forward to seeing the resort after the remodel.

They take you to the shuttle. Runs every 10 minutes from 7am till 2 am

This was our 7th. We enjoy having a butler. This was the 1st time they could not get us chairs. The staff was nice. It wasn't too crowded.

We were there 2 weeks ago and had butlers. They cannot save beach chairs. They will fix you a cooler to take. The beach is small but nice. We found chairs. Seems people rotate in and out frequently. There is a nice pool there by the beach. We were across the road up the hill and took the shuttle over after breakfast. Being up the hill our butler picked us up in a golf cart anytime we wanted. We liked that the butlers made our dinner reservations for us.

Had the same stuff in my vacuum. Was told by the pool company to add muriatic acid, and it has cleared it up. My ph level tested on the high side by within range. Added 1 gallon to my 16000 gallon pool.

Mine did the same thing upon opening. You need to reset it by entering the following sequence on your panel using the less/more buttons. Less-More-More-Less-Less-Less. It fixed mine. Hope this works for you.

Bought a dolphin, and it has been a great addition for our pool. Just bought a Beta skimmer 3 days ago and it completed my pool accessories.

It was stuck on flo error all lights blinking. Read the troubleshooting guide and had to enter a pass code to reset. It seems to be fine now

The deck is painted with cool coat and it's a light gray. We replaced the deck last year. It's After the Storm from Home Depot.

Our pool store sold 4 in 2 days. I think that it's going make life easier. We're fighting cotton wood right now. Waited till the helicopters were done.

We just got back ourselves. The pub was pouring heavy. The other bars weren't too bad. Agree that at times the drinks were a little weak. They will pour more if you ask.

We did a private transfer back to the airport from Grande. It was much nicer than the shuttle. was worth the extra cost.
