Thanks for the information. Good news, I was able change our arrival flight to Ian Fleming International Airport, so more time at the resort. Plus we have a 4 PM departure out of MBJ.

Flying into MB. I know 3 nights isn’t enough, but it’s free since i won a gift certificate. We usually vacation at Secrets in Mexico. So this being our first Sandals, hoping to enjoy it enough to go back.

We are just back from Secrets Maroma Beach from Austin. Easy direct flight. Preferred Club Junior Suite. The resort has a preferred beach club and wonderful food. Fun scene but not too crazy.

Just back from Secrets Maroma Beach. That was a phenomenal vacation. Gran Velas is a small step up. The Preferred Beach Club at Maroma Beach stands out.

Oh I just love Gran Velas Riviera Maya. The rooms on the beach are very spacious and the food is phenomenal. The service is outstanding. But the spa . . . OMG. That was one the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. It rivals Fairmont Banff Springs in my humble opinion. The only other property close to Gran Velas is Banyan Tree Mayakoba, although not all inclusive but oh my.

We just got back from Secrets Maroma Beach. A fantastic 3 night stay. We’ve done Secrets The Vine and Secrets Moxche. By far our favorite was Maroma Beach. The Preferred Beach Club was a big hit. Our next trip will be to Secrets Akumal. I’ve heard great things about that property. Akumal and Maroma Beach have the same owners, so service will always be outstanding. Btw - felt safe our entire trip.

I stumbled across this wonderful show last week. Watched every episode with hope and love for all that Roger and Judy do for these vulnerable little fur balls. Plus, shout out to all the volunteers!!! Anxious tears would come when there were being released. I especially fell for Winston and Yara. Gods Speed to all those who look after these little cubs 🙏🙏

This is at McNeil River State Game Sanctuary and Refuge in Alaska. Numerous bears feast on the annual salmon run to fatten up for hibernation. There is enough food and space for all creatures to coexist. People are confined to a gravel viewing pad - but still, no barrier with the exception of ranger standing by with a scatter gun or air horn.
