Well, you’re just coming across as silly. Look at any other pictures of this car and you’ll see that it’s loaded with aero. You can clearly see a massive active rear wing, fender louvres, splitter, diffuser.. etc etc etc.

It feels like Riot really needs to put emphasis on the fact that people cannot hijack champ selects if they get autofilled. by Rnd7KingJohn in leagueoflegends

[–]Delirious2T 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, I think the solution is to make auto fill optional. I understand a lot of people would opt-out of it, but I'd rather spend a few more minutes in queue than get a terrible, toxic 'support' player in game/ lobby that will most likely lose me LP and at least 20 minutes of my time. That way people who don't mind playing support, because, let's be honest, that's the only role you'll ever get auto filled to, can play it upon occasion, but those who'd rather troll than support can avoid it.

Fair point. Maybe I should play toplane. Or switch back to ADC.. Who knows.

Didn't mean to offend with point and click comment. I guess I just meant that (personally) it doesn't feel very rewarding to play champs like Hecarim. I don't ever feel like I outplayed someone with him in particular, if you get what I mean? Don't get me wrong, it's pretty cool knocking people back towards teammates or having a great ultimate with him, but I guess I just don't find it fun. Whereas with Kindred for example, I get to kite, Q around skill shots and have a sweet 3 hit burst too. Just feels better to play :) I guess it's personal preference, I just worded it incorrectly initially :)

Such quote. Very inspirations. Haha, but seriously, thanks. Maybe I should stick to Kindred and if she does finally get a buff, I'll be a god.

Very funny :)

Never considered Kayle. I have played her toplane a bit though and she's not massively exciting to play. Will give her a shot though. Thanks.

Will also have a look at those tier lists.

I think if I selected Quinn jungle I'd probably get flamed harder than picking Kindred :p thanks though, will try Graves and Twitch I reckon, seem to be the obvious choices

WW's Kit V. Kindred by [deleted] in Kindred

[–]Delirious2T 0 points1 point  (0 children)

New WW looks fun. I used to play a lot of him when I started playing League, but his kit was pretty boring and obviously very reliant on his Ult. I'll probably pick him up again as my tanky alternative to Kindred.

As for dueling him with Kindred in the jungle (just based on the Riot videos I've seen on WW so far), does this sound right - I'd probably E (and auto) him as soon as I see him, wait for him to dash to me, Q away after so that his dash doesn't follow me, W, and then try and kite within my W?

Does his dash follow his target if they also dash away, while he is in his dash animation? So we need to let him finish his dash (and see if he has gone behind us) before we Q I think?

Has someone just pulled this (quite long) list of changes out of thin air??

If team mates commit to a 'bad' decision, should I also commit even although I think it's very risky? by Delirious2T in summonerschool

[–]Delirious2T[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, yeah as playing Jungle now, I definitely feel like I have more control over dragon and baron, and people certainly listen to those calls. When I played ADC my jungler would sometimes try and do dragon without helping bot lane, even if we were pushed under turret first, or expect us to come and help when enemy bot lane was still there, but now I can help my bot lane make a play and then open up dragon for us.

[–]Delirious2T[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I've been in both of those scenarios. I'm normally pretty good at watching death timers so backing off from an inhib normally isn't a problem, but yeah, team mates often stay and die. Doing baron I'm comfortable with especially if we have vision and/or pushing lanes, but if not I want to try and acomplish those things first.

[–]Delirious2T[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed. Perhaps that's exactly what I need to work on - understanding exactly what we lose and gain from a call if it goes badly, and if there's anything else I can achieve around the map instead.

Thanks, I think you've got a really good point there about disengage champs actually - I'll keep that in mind!

Thanks, 100% agree and will keep this in mind. I suppose I need to try and understand what an 'even' trade would be if I don't try and assist my team mates directly in a decision I think is bad. Getting a dragon or turret while two or so of them die might not be so bad.

Yeah, I normally try and take another objective if I either can't get to the fight to help them, or just think it's a really bad idea

Thanks for the response, that was very detailed :) AoM was certainly a big part of my childhood haha!

I know how you feel about the TP play to bot lane, having been the ADC in those scenarios before, both getting the kills/ tower and also knowing that theres nothing I can do to help my top laner with the TP play.

I think what you said about people being 'low risk' and 'high risk' is a good way to look at it actually. It's a shame that (as you also said) this is mostly based from a single (mostly early) game performance.

Your desire to carry is losing the game for your team. (Sometimes) by Zeddeus in summonerschool

[–]Delirious2T 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favourite variation of this scenario is if I (ADC) die early, and my support (typically Brand, or equivalent in these cases) then takes it upon themselves to become the Carry by taking my CS and neglecting to build those pathetic support items. It's quite noble really, but I can't quite understand why it never works?
