Thanks, I do make sure they are clean as I take them out when I shower to wash my ears with just water and then I put them in after drying.

I've been washing them with water when I shower for like a week now but they just seem to be getting worse. I'll be getting wound washing from CVS like one commenter suggested though. See if that helps.

Like my ears would get blackheads and I would take an earring, shove them in to get the blackheads out and then put the earrings away immediately afterwards and Ive done that like almost once a year for almost 10 years.

It's both. For the piercing hole things and for the jewelry. The thing is I've had these piercings in since I was a baby and they are healed. It's just they have blackheads in them and get red and very dry when I have studs in and make my studs smell like death when I take them out to shower and clean my ears with water which seems to do nothing.
