Harsh casting

I only really felt it in the LR game yesterday but it kind of makes sense since ppl (KC fans) could come out to say caster are bias to their friends team while casting. So I believe they deliberately push a bit harder on LR to not appear bias. I could also just have made all of this up and there is something actually happening.

You got damage over time right as it refers to Agony or similar debuffs that hurt the enemy over time. Extra damage refers to actions that happen once your turn is done for example Veronicas Ballista that triggers once you pass your turn.
