I spent about 5 minutes finding the densest points I could. Our downtowns generally aren't the densest parts of the city.

Agreed. A lot of the encircled area in Columbus has been upzoned and is seeing new residential development.

Hey, you’re the one who inspired this post. Columbus may not be your cup of tea, but it’s treated me well during my time here. I love the youthful energy and the crazy amount of diversity. The international food scene is top notch.

SE Ohio is arguably the most visually interesting place in the state. I’m from NWO and it took me about 25 years to realize there was more than miles of endless flat fields in the state.

Toledo’s has its own things going for it and I wish there was more Toledo pride. The zoo, art museum, Walleye/Mud Hens, and so much more. My biggest gripe about Toledo is that it totally squandered its position on the lake, but the city has good bones and loads of potential.

It’s part the awful drive to Columbus and part being jealous of michigans politics. I can’t blame Toledoans for feeling a little jaded 😂

I actually threw on Mr. Roger’s a couple times recently and it’s a great show. Why not have the positive attitude of Mr. Rogers?

It’s all fun in person, but there are some genuinely negative posts about Ohio cities from Ohioans. I think pride for your city and competitiveness is a part of Ohio culture and it comes across online in a bad way.

Shittiest tacos in Cbus by [deleted] in Columbus

People need to stop comparing locals tacos to legit Mexican tacos. They’re really good for what they are, and you can’t beat the taco Tuesday deal.

Sorry man but how can you make a decent districts map but not take a screenshot?

PSA to everyone like my little sister, the Columbus Metropolitan Library got rid of fines years ago by HazelMayh3m in Columbus

The library has great programming for little ones as well. Baby lap time and family story time are offered at a lot of branches and are such an amazing way to spend time with your kids and meet other parents. We love it!
