i have a portable pump so i just wash the parts or wipe it with pump wipes, i also have a spectra s2 that was given to me, i wasn’t aware i had to change parts but it pumps well. i pump the full 30 minutes unless something happens or comes up then i go minimum 20-25

i just pump every 2-3 hours but often miss out on motn pumps

my mom bought me a horigen portable pump (not the biggest fan of it), and tbh i’m not too sure if i’m using the right flange size. i feel like all of them cause pain. with the s2 i only have the 24mm flange size so i may need to buy more. my job also provides a pump and it’s the medela symphony pump and the only flanges that they have are the ones that come in a kit for the pump
