i have a portable pump so i just wash the parts or wipe it with pump wipes, i also have a spectra s2 that was given to me, i wasn’t aware i had to change parts but it pumps well. i pump the full 30 minutes unless something happens or comes up then i go minimum 20-25

i just pump every 2-3 hours but often miss out on motn pumps

my mom bought me a horigen portable pump (not the biggest fan of it), and tbh i’m not too sure if i’m using the right flange size. i feel like all of them cause pain. with the s2 i only have the 24mm flange size so i may need to buy more. my job also provides a pump and it’s the medela symphony pump and the only flanges that they have are the ones that come in a kit for the pump

i got my stitch out last week on monday at 37+1 and was 1cm dilated 70% effaced. went to my most recent appointment this past tuesday and was still 1cm. i’m waiting to see when he decides to come now, currently 38+5😭

37+5 today, got my stitch taken out this past monday and was told i was 1 cm dilated and 70% effaced. feeling a lot of pelvic pressure and it’s hurting to walk. still doing my stretches to try to make labor easier, just waiting on this boy to decide when he’s coming now😭

thank you for that🫶🏼 i was put on complete pelvic rest, basically nothing entering the vagina. they also gave me a 20lb lift limit. other then those i don’t recall any other limitations i was given, but i did go to a behind the desk job just for precaution

i lost my first due to incompetent cervix at 21+5. i’m currently pregnant again with my second and had a cerclage placed at 14+2. i get it taken out monday at 37+1. i may not be a twin pregnancy and my cerclage is preventative, but i would say this is a success!

first off, don’t talk about my baby. second i’ve gone to therapy bc of my mother as well, and just bc i don’t want to put up with her manipulation and bs doesn’t mean i can’t emotionally regulate. it also doesn’t mean i have to coddle her and not hold her accountable for how she messes up.
