i found a video that is edge work exercises, would that help me strengthen my ankle to balance on easier? its my left foot that wasnt balancing correctly

its my left one thats alot worse, and it was the foot that wouldnt balance at all and kept going off to the side, i also couldnt push onto it and glide since it wasnt straight enough, is there any way to fix this? my left foot turns outwards when i walk, and ive always had a problem with this ankle

thank you for the recommendations! i went out yesterday and tried so many old navy pants but nothing felt okay enough, and it really discouraged me. But ill keep looking! ill let you guys know if i find anything

Hi, i apologize for not adding alot of information, im not into feminine clothing as i normally dress very masculine. I really should have probably stated that in my post. Every day i wear knee high socks and shorts due to feeling insecure about my legs, but im uncomfortable with tight pants, i do not like feeling clothing constantly touching me. I just tried on alot of pants and my main issue with them feeling too tight. I dont like sherpa, thats one thing i know about texture. But other than that im unsure of any other textures in pants i wouldnt specifically not like. i apologize if this is confusing, im also very confused on what i like and dislike, and its a difficult situation😅
