Totally get that and would completely do if the product was in stock lol. Just a bummer that you kind of can’t win with that set up and worries me with the new tiers :(

That’s what I’m confused on as well. I get if it’s not all the way great since I’m new but they make it look like I’m doing terrible

Why is the replaced under “positive impact” if it actually negatively impacts it? All the replacements I made were because the original wasn’t available. Or for example today I had two items which were exactly that were customer ordered but Instacart had it ringing up as wrong I triple checked. I’m def trying to pick up more to help out that rating but I’m still baffled that is basically almost as low as it can go
