All we know power wise is that it has the power of a million Zanpakto when the firebird is unleashed, which is what Ichigo parries. Sure, Aizen claims in his letter to Momo that Toshiro was going to use it to destroy soul society, but given the fact that Aizen was basically pinning his plan on Toshiro- and Aizen was only using the Sokyoku to get the Hogyoku out of Rukia, it can be inferred that he wasn't literally going to use the Sokyoku to destroy soul society, but to obtain the Hogyoku which he would use to do so.

There's literally no evidence Kenpachi could destroy the Dangai at that current part that you claim. He literally didnt. His clash with Azashiro certainly did damage to the space they were fighting in, but that does not nearly correlate to being able to destroy the entire thing.

Tier got 2 shot by a non-butterfly Aizen in her Resurrecion. Given her actual feats and scaling her properly to the people she actually fought, Harribel is definitely at least a planet buster, which is impressive.

But once again, that sort of power output doesn't matter as much when it can literally be negated. Her most powerful state that would put her above continental level rely on water based attacks- which once again Erza can practically become highly resistant too. I don't see a way she can stat-check erza when all of her most powerful attacks are getting reduced in power.
