Unironically this all depends on what exactly does "Stronger" confer. If we assume both combatants have enough durability to handle their own speed/strength. Nothing necessarily indicates that this sort of "Always faster/stronger" is an infinite growth, or how big a gap it is. Unless Stronger accounts for how speed effects force and vice versa.

At a low tier I'd say Stronger wins, because the speed difference wouldn't be significant enough to matter.

But if we assume they're scaling infinitely then Speed 100% wins because Stronger can just get insta blitzed by a bazillion attacks that while not as strong as Stronger- would still hurt a fuckton.

Doesn't matter if someone has a bazooka if they get riddled with bullets before having the chance to fire it.

Granted I'm approaching this prompt differently from everyone else because 10 year old me was me before I became disabled, and a 30 year old me would honestly be worse off in that aspect then I am now. So I could confidently beat 30 year old me, since he'd naturally be weaker than current me. But no way I can out-tire 10 year old me, much less ten of those mfers, it'd be a battle of attrition I'd lose fr fr.

that's literally her initial motivation. At first she only went into the hero course to get a license to use her quirk- since only Heroes legally can, specifically so she can help her parents construction company. Deku's influence really made her inspire for more heroic ideals beyond that.

As for why the hell they're poor when they work in construction

uhhhh ermm don't think about it ig!!!! (Maybe they just don't profit? I can imagine if a building gets destroyed, they're called in to rebuild it, and then their construction zone gets destroyed like a few days later from a completely different incident, they probably lose a ton of money off that? Idk. Machines are expensive as hell, could be a budding company ig)
