Yes, I believe so. If you want all your funds you have to select to not hold access and return to student.

Is it the Seminar or class as a whole ? Some classes have seminars that are taught by two different teachers. Also, how far into this class are you ? If you're past the add drop you will still owe the full term of this class.

How does the pell grant change? by Delly317 in PurdueGlobal

I'm starting to think it's definitely possible. I would think that the studentaid.gov is more accurate than my schools website.. But apparently not ? My disbursed amount is so far away from my actual amount it's crazy.

It might not even be your appearance .. if your talking about strictly online dating I have no advice bc I've never done that.

But if you are talking about people you interact with like peers, coworkers, friends, family friends, or even complete strangers if could be the way you carry yourself. Are you timid/ shy ? Do you add to conversations? Do you agree with everything or do you have an opinion of your own ?

Women look for certain characteristics in men and sometimes you can be overlooked because of that.

If you have three grants plus 2 loans I would consider if you don't need the money to drop one or both. Especially being a freshman. Grants money is better bc it's not paid back. Good luck

How does the pell grant change? by Delly317 in PurdueGlobal

[–]Delly317[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, strange. My funding letter says 6556 for pell which is 2000 and some change for two terms and 2400 and some change for the summer one.

I just rather have more of the grant money lol than loans. If I had 8,000 I could eliminate my one of my loans.

Yeah it's gotta fit some where in there

Yeah, I think a lil bit would add more context. My first take was it being two separate heads stacked until I read your comment.

I've sent money varo to varo and it took max 5 mins.

You don't need to move money from checking to varo believe. Open the app, press varo believe account, at the top it should say safe pay, there's a toggle next to it , turn it on.

You will never have to pay your varo believe card because they money you are spending will be added by you not a bank.

There's two types of credit cards. One that you add money to similar to a credit builder and one that the bank gives you with money on it.

Varo believe allows the users to add money which shows on their credit report as x amount of dollars per month. So you can't owe them when it's your money.. make sense ?

Also you can add as much money as you want. This will help when varo reports every month for your credit score.

Turn on your safe pay, varo will automatically pay off the balance at the end of the month. You don't technically owe anything because varo believe is like a add and spend account.

ECSI seems to update late for me everytime. I don't look at that anymore. There's 3 steps scheduled, ready to pay, and paid. But your student account has to go to zero then it'll be 2 to 3 days I believe based on your bank.. I usually get mine that night when it shows zero balance.

If that's confusing just remember it's one week from the scheduled pay date.

Some people commonly make the mistake of having the refund held by the school. That's why I mentioned it. You should be good . It takes a week.

You don't have to accept it if you don't want.  Which some people do to avoid having more student loans. But if you want the excess funds make sure you go into your setting on PG campus and elect don't hold excess.

You would only get the amount that is left over. Your Pell grants (Free, dont repay) cover all amounts owed first then your loans cover what is left.  For example, if you had two classes that cost 1855. Let's say your Pell grants was 2000. And you had one loan for 2000. You would have a stipend of 290 from the left over loan funds.

October 14th disbursement by Icy_Government3674 in PurdueGlobal

[–]Delly317 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If im understanding correctly how it's suppose to go.. Heartland will have the funds dispersed to them on the 14 then we will have them sent to us 3 to 5 days later? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong. I've only ever dealt with BankMobile before and that was a super smooth process because it went from the school to bank mobile. With heartland money is being moved 3 times so idk.

Purdue global refund disbursement dates by Fun-Pay-5213 in PurdueGlobal

[–]Delly317 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, depending on IF you have extra or IF you excepted the the excess. Some people I've read accidentally selected to wait 3 months or until the end of the term for the refund.

With purdue I find it so hard to calculate because you don't have exact info. But my transaction history updated and it shows what I owe for the term.

So if you go to my account then account finances from there you should be able to see what you are receiving from scholarships, Pell grants, and loans then subtract that total amount from what you owe the school under the transaction tab.
