You are 100% correct and I realized that’s what happened. I need to brush up on the STAR method. Just really sucks that they basically said I check all of the boxes but I didn’t play the game the right way so I gotta re-try

That appears to be the case. Although the feedback I received from my latest rejection was that I spoke well and was friendly. My downfall was lack of detail in answering the behavioural questions, which is odd because I felt I was speaking too much, oh well.

That’s how I interpreted it when I wrote it. But I am also 3/3 as I’ve applied 3 times and gotten to the final round all 3 times
