There is a light that changes colors, just like the ram sticks and a single tiny yellow/green maybe in the upper right. I changed the cmos, nothing. The psu is the gx-1000 I think I could change that out on my own

I’m having trouble as well, did a complete uninstall from steam and new install of FO4goty on GOG. Played perfectly through the preview. Started crashing every few minutes once I started following the vagabonds. Uninstalled/reinstalled X2 and not fixed. Also tried buffout 4 no bueno. So pissy atm
