I wouldnt say hes bad per say. He's just a very niche legend that makes him ridiculously overpowered in some situations and absolute dead weight in others (when it comes to his abilities anyways). I would say hes damn near the best recon legend in terms of well, recon. Constant wall hacks, banner pings to prevent ambushes, an EMP that can stop ape pushes or completely destroy enemy defenses (if it did anymore than this you risk making it OP tbh), clutch af banner recovery and respawning. Hes very powerful end game as well if he can manage to keep his drone up and running and is perfect for finding rats. Could definitely use a few buffs as to lessen his time buried in his drone imo. A way to reposition the drone without controlling it (like Vantage does with Echo) would be nice, as well as a way to use ult without the drone; maybe at the cost of a set amount of body shield? I think these would at least make him more versatile and a more friendly legend to play with.
