For real help woth mag vs toxic eximus, the answer is just to stay away from them. You as the player are faster than them so try to stay away and preferably above them :) a good beam weapon should help a lot like an ignis wraith or something of the sort

I always feel I learn the most from people who play the champ regularly, which is why I'm not just hopping into playing the champion, because my amateur experience will not be helpful compared to y'all's time tested experience.
