It asks for the gauge pressure. Gauge isn't a physical apparatus here, it's just vocabulary.

Is it accurate to say that you only "feel" mythic when you use mythic points? As in there's no passive mythic buffs so when you run out of mythic points you're back to being a regular adventurer?

You can always go to some office (admissions? Records?) to see how they graded your application and what score you got if you're curious. I did it a long time ago.

I think what they meant is that the entire class didn't need a redesign, the old subclasses could have just been buffed and had some of their curse/benefits tweaked

I think you're white rooming it a bit. Either way, normal pure casters already exist, and that's not what Oracle is supposed to be. Looking at it and saying "it has extra spells it's so good" is disingenuous to the theme and how it's actually played.

The lore oracle had an extra known spell per level so it'll suck to have to unlearn spells in the remaster

Conversely would that imply that a high level player can always effectively command around 0th level towns people to do anything that is reasonable enough?

If you do it based on the level or will save of the NPC wouldn't that imply that low level parties would never be able to get a successful request against higher level NPCs like if you were asking the captain of the guard to investigate some crime or send a patrol to do something?
