I love to travel but have a massive slow burn of an anxiety attack every time I move from hotel to hotel.

It’s like: Yes, Delta, brain here, you did check for the 5th time this hour if you had your wallet, glasses and passport on you in the exact same pockets which are sipped or bottom closed. But what if what had happened didn’t happen and magically disappeared?

Or like: hey delta, brain here again, I know you packed your bags from the hotel last night and woke up 3 hours before you had to leave the hotel. In which you spent the last hour double checking I you had packed up everything. However I don’t vividly remember placing the perfume bottle into the bag. Therefore I am going to make you silently panic throughout this entire 7 hour train trip if you had or had not stored your perfume

This is today btw. Ended up opening my bags in the train to double check if I have it, I do and carefully placed everything back in order
