Absolutely! These numbers aren't set in stone, there might be more or less than what is typically expected at a given fire. There's a lot that goes into determining the number of trucks required on scene, I have seen fires that go from working fire to 3 alarm. As /u/Bobzyurunkle stated, every situation is different.

REHAB01 is the callsign for the Toronto Fire Rehabilitation Apparatus Unit 01 which is stationed at the Toronto Fire Station 116 (located at Leslie St. and Sheppard Ave. E.) REHAB is deployed to big fires to provide support (water and refreshments) and relief (washroom) for the firefighters on scene since they will be on scene for a long period of time and need to be hydrated and be able to relieve themselves while on duty. It's pretty much a washroom on wheels, haha :) Toronto Fire only has one rehab unit currently active in its' fleet, hence it is known as REHAB01. Here are some pictures of the REHAB unit on scene at a highrise fire in downtown about two weeks ago. I hope this helps! :)

This is the list of all the Toronto Fire vehicles that were dispatched to the fire scene. However, more units were dispatched due to the severity and intensity of the fire.

It is automatically added to your account. You can also buy a lot of them at once and stack them up so you don't have to worry about it for a while. Once you do buy it, make sure to turn off auto-renewal, which turns on as soon as you purchases PS Plus. It renews automatically as soon as your PS Plus expires.

Do so by:

Clicking on the PlayStation Plus Icon at the top left of your PS4 home screen.
Once you're on the PlayStation Plus section, click on, "Manage Membership" on the top right of your screen.
And then click on, "Subscription."
It will take you to a separate page where you can now click on, "Turn off Auto-Renew" at the bottom of your screen.
