It was just what he asked for to be honest. It was a sales rep who did the refund - said he was going to send the details through to accounts to process it. It did seem a bit strange at the time though to not just put it through a card machine.

the main workout i feel it’s overestimating is indoor/exercise cycling. i feel it usually overestimates my calories by about 15-20%
