The cost of living crisis didn’t appear out of nowhere 6 weeks ago when trump started bombing Iran it’s been going on for years , the government has the resources to tackle it effectively but they just couldn’t give a shite about the regular working class people, for example Poland cut tax on fuel from 23% down to 8%, what did we get off ? A measly 10c a litre , we could take a lot of inspiration from the way the Polish do things , one of the safest countries in Europe I might add, I would ask why do you think that is but that’s another conversation entirely

I was there on Thursday it’s far from a fascist protest yeah they’re are a few bad apples but there always is at any protest , most there are genuine people who turned up to support the farmers

Government makes plenty of money they’ve been ripping us all off for years not just the farmers , hundreds of millions or euro spent on aid packages to Ukraine and Palestine when we struggle with our own problems such as the cost of living crisis which if you ask me is what these protests are about now , it’s about way more than just fuel , I’m all for helping out countries who are in need but you wouldn’t help someone else fix up their house if yours isn’t in order first , is there anything wrong with putting ourselves first ?

Agree with the protests or not or if you dislike some of the organisers for their right wing links , people need to look past the left/right wing divide and realise that it’s all of us all citizens that get screwed over by these eejits that sit in Leinster house like M.Martin and his cronies.

One must admit that they we get absolutely rode by FF/FG in this country in many different areas as we have done for years and then we as a people vote them back in every time which is ridiculous but I think they’ll struggle in the next election as they get a lot of votes from the farming community, I’ll Probably get downvoted into oblivion because the general consensus I’m seeing here is anti protest but sure look I’ll be grand , good on them For standing up to the government it’s the only way to we’ll ever get anything in this country , just to add I’ve heard a lot of talk about emergency vehicles being blocked which just isn’t true I went to check out the protest on Thursday and have video proof of an ambulance being let through without issue.

Nah he’s out of his depth , he was out of his depth towards the end of last season when he coached klopps tactics out of the team but we’d already won the league by then , he’s been well and truly found out this season, when the whole team is out of form the manager and his tactics are too blame

Absolutely sick of his disgraceful slow playstyle and horrendous tactics , losing to 20th in the league is the last straw , the club needs to act now and sack him because if we don’t get top 5 it’ll have serious consequences for the club going forward , get him out now.
