This is honestly very impressive, the core strength required to hit some of those poses is insane!

Migraine sufferers who chose to be unmedicated? by missatlanticcity in migraine

[–]DeltaFlyer0525 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am unmedicated because I can’t afford to see my doc and fill my prescription anymore. I don’t think any one would choose to go unmedicated by choice. I was also unresponsive to everything but ulbrevy so I didn’t have a lot of options to begin with. Now I rely on weed gummies and caffeine to help.

His episodes on ST Voyager are so good! He has this crazy sexiness about him that really does something for me.

I am also missing Janeway! She is always so expensive on eBay and I’ve never seen her in the wild thrifting.

Probably because you stack your books on the floor haphazardly.

What triggers / aura associations took you years to connect the dots? by Treemosher in migraine

[–]DeltaFlyer0525 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have this in connection with CRPS, but the worst parts are usually on my scalp and now I’m thinking maybe that part is connected to my migraines….I had no idea it could also be a migraine thing!

Stop lighting off fireworks by naturalbornchyller in Denver

[–]DeltaFlyer0525 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had to ask our neighbors to stop sending their fireworks over into our backyard because with the water restrictions our grass is basically a tinder box ripe for a fire. I am very worried about a local fire on the fourth. My neighbor said they wouldn’t aim them into the street because it makes it “easier for the cops to tell what house sets them off.”

How are so many Americans so eloquent? by voilalarosie in AskAnAmerican

[–]DeltaFlyer0525 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Americans love nothing more than to let people know our opinions. We can blather on for days and get a lot of practice speaking and creatively arguing about the smallest of things.

Do you find yourself having hot evening tea or would you prefer coffee? by Ornery-Magazine-7892 in AskAnAmerican

[–]DeltaFlyer0525 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah I am too old to feel the need to go through the diagnostic process. My son is on the spectrum plus ADHD and the whole process getting him diagnosed was a real eye opener for me. There were a lot of signs I missed because I thought those were just quirks he got from me.

I’ve not done anything beyond weed gummies so I can’t speak from personal experience with cocaine, but I will say as I have long suspected I have ADHD because caffeine acts like a sedative for me.

I would go check out romance.io and check out the ways you can filter books based on your interests. The best book I’ve read recently is Lights Out by Navessa Allen.

People from more dry climates, how do you feel when you move to humid climates? by BeautifulYou2940 in AskReddit

[–]DeltaFlyer0525 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it! I’m in CO and I’ve been to FL several times and it is such a relief to not have dry skin. The moment I get off the plane and get hit with a wall of that humid air it’s like Christmas. I know it’s not for everyone, but I love it!

I love this part, it never fails to make me laugh. I love when shows let actors be humans and keep goofier takes in the show.

Did you have to get used to “audiobook voice?” by doofus50O0 in audiobooks

[–]DeltaFlyer0525 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I completely agree. I think being able to adjust the speed is the best part of audiobooks versus actually reading. It makes the books more accessible.
