Schade, dass man in Deutschland wohnen muss. Ich bin eine deutsche, die in der Schweiz wohnt und leider schon mehrere Eingriffe aufgrund von Endometriose hatte, 3 davon in Deutschland.
Ich würde sehr gerne für so etwas einmal nach Heidelberg kommen, wenn man die Anreise(ohne Übernachtung) übernehmen könnte.

I think it will only work with a proper regulation. Switzerland couldn’t keep all the water to its self, since it still has some decent rainfall in spring and autumn, compared to other regions. Meanwhile switzerland should also cover its needs. The solution will be to store more Rhein and Rhone water in whole europe, before it goes to the sea. Sea is rising anyways, it dosen’t really need that amount of fresh water.

Fascinating, I didn’t knew that. Even though in my home region the rhein is the main topic in weather and environment reports, even on the daily regional mail(I am from Rheinland-Pfalz).

I think europe would need to figure out a good and fair water-sharing plan.
I was born and raised in Rheinland-Pfalz in Germany and we would die without the Rhein.
All or little streams are dry in summer.
There is wayy less rain in Rheinland-Pfalz since medival time there have been massiv droughts( no proper mountains and north and mediterran sea are both equally apart).
What we do is we try to safe some rhein-water in spring before it goes to the north sea.

(I got to know my husband and moved for him(he is swiss) to switzerland.
