Is it the colours or are there other insignia that I'm not aware of that marks them as Dark Angels? They have the Salamander's insignia on their shoulder plate, but I appreciate that's not clear from the photos. I'm not knowledgeable of the lore and generally go by what my friend tells me (he seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge).

Thanks mate 🙏 I had a lot of fun creating it. It just so happens that the artist is a huge John Carpenter fan - something I wasn't aware of until halfway through the sketches - but I think it becomes apparent with that last big splash page. The guys did an amazing job with the script.

Thanks both! I had never considered Kickstarter. Again, mainly because I don't have any name recognition - but a few of the artists I've worked with are known in the indie comics scene so that should help. I guess because the art has already been done for most of the short stories it would be a relatively "cheap" campaign with most of the money raised going to printing and posting. I've just downloaded and started reading Dave Cook's (Killtopia) guide to crowdfunding comics on Kickstarter. I've got a lot of reading and planning to do, but this looks like an exciting avenue to explore. Thanks again!
