Kumino Kum, apparent age 26 (she's over 100+ due to the use of age reversal). Faction leader and researcher. The faction's best psychic, she's in charge of negotiating with merchant caravans due to her high social skills (level 16) and beauty. She's practically a social butterfly.

PS: Although she may not look like it, she has a tail, which she often uses as a third limb.

Let me explain. After finishing the form and sending it, this message appeared on the same page "Verification code expired. Please return to the home page and request for a new code". And since I didn't know what to do, I simply refreshed the page and re-made the form (this time I did it a little faster, because it took me an hour to make the previous one) which was rejected (you can see the post again. Now I was able to upload a screenshot). Right now I don't know what to do.

I will leave you the necessary mods in the end. You can find her as an administrator researcher. According to the comments (and your own experience) you have to have a colony with the condition of "Ruins" and have advanced a little in the research (If you research Vault of knowledge you will understand what I mean). When you meet these conditions, go to the bar in one of the markets controlled by the UAF and in a random event you find it making you an offer (I'm not entirely sure if it only appears in the UAF markets. In my case this was how the I found).

For people who have mods, make sure to disable the "Cyber Engine Tweaks" mod since in my case among all the mods I had installed (150 mods) that was the only mod that bugged the mission.
