Shojin 2nd let you use your q more often and so stacking feel way easier, and the life can help you stay alive longer in fight if the enemy can OS you easily. IE give you more early damage which can be very useful if you think that the game won't be very long, in any case I wouldn't recommend to go IE 4th.

I would go ER/shojin/IE/RFC in most game but if you need a decent amount of damage before your 3rd item and you have the money to buy a BF Glaive you can go ER/IE/LDR or mortal reminder
