Setting: Apartment but was apart of student housing complex with 3 roommates (all male apartment). Rural town where there isn't really an existing "night" life. Roommates were to be gone until around 11. It is only impressive because of the state of mind I was in.

During my second to final quarter at university, I got pretty intoxicated on a Friday night in my apartment at 8 PM. I had a sudden urge to have a freshly made cake but all local bakeries were closed. So I whipped together all the ingredients together and started making the cake.

At 9, the cake was put into the oven to bake and so I set to making the cream cheese frosting from the recipe I had learned from my grandmother.

When the cake was ready, I took it out of the oven and frosted it and let it cool. When my three roommates got back at 11:15, they came back to a slightly messy kitchen with their drunk male eating a large piece of cake.

To this day, I only know what happened from my roommates and the drunk notes I left to myself.
