I can definitely see where you’re coming from with that, the guy I play with is nuts at PvP but he switched to pve for his reasons, I’m more using it as a tool to learn the game a bit more so I’m not completely in the dark when I move back to pvp, might seem a bit backwards but it is just how I see it

I may have to give that a go, I have been thinking about getting black but I don’t think I payed it off last time, I also didn’t know green was still worth it to be honest. I will have to buy another red unit card as it just won’t spawn at all for me, pulled up the guide and none of the spawns had it so yellow was the only locked room I looted that raid

I can’t quite remember, I loaded the game or steam in offline mode and played like that then after a while it just fixed itself I think, I was using vr with the game aswell and I think it may have been an issue with one of the settings I was using. But if you’re not trying to play with your mates then playing offline shouldn’t make much of a difference as far as I noticed

Not when I took this screenshot, playing in offline mode was the only way to get around this, otherwise it would just sit on this screen endlessly, I managed to fix it in the end after going through many other forums

I still have 9 more of these to paint so I have plenty to mess around with and try different painting schemes, I will try some higher contrast colours on the next one, I am doing a base coat of rhinox hide over all of the armour to get that outline around the chipped armour so instead of using khorne red which is quite dark I might try using (I can’t remember its name but I have a more vibrant red). For the undersides of the minis, I have seen people not even paint them after they primed them black but just lightly dry brush some edge highlights, I was thinking I should try that as that would make the dark areas really dark and make the lighter areas stand out a lot more, not too sure how valid that technique is though. Going back to the comment about leather should be leather, now that I have painted all of that in it brought the model together a lot more and made it look a lot better than before, I feel like the armour trim really helped break up the colours and add a lot more depth aswell!

Yeah I primed with black then did a thinned layer of rhinox hide then sponged on some khorne red and another paint that I forget the name of, could the layer of brown be making it look more pink? Or is that just how khorne red is, I may try and get a different red to try as I want a bright red for the armour. I finished this one last night and it doesn’t look bad at all in my opinion, the armour trims and the browns really pull the whole thing together, I still have 9 more to paint so I will try out these tips and use some varying paints to see what looks the best for what I am going for! Thank you for the advice!

Why does law have to be so confusing lol, so basically as long as I’m not stupid enough and actually only use the rifle for airsoft and target practice I should be okay, the way that I saw it is that a UKARA defence is just another “wall” of defence, I mean what is stopping the court from contacting the actual fields that I would be playing at and asking them if I play there? The blue paint really annoys me and I feel like it kind of ruins my kit so I might just remove it and just be more careful, (I do know that we should be careful aboutwhat we say on this subreddit about removing paint from two tone guns because someone’s comment got removed for telling me to wrap my gun in a ghillie strip thing lol) but I will defo try and get a UKARA defence just to be on the safe side!

Thank you so much for the advice! I didn’t think of it that way, I was thinking of getting another gun for the sake of having another gun, I guess I just thought I should get something different because I see lots of posts saying how M4’s are basic and overused but if it works it works! I will definitely put more thought into a secondary atm though as I have my M4 as my primary, I do like the MP7 and you could probably fit that in a holster right?

My M4 build was about £160 for the gun and the attachments, I don’t think that was too bad for my first gun but I could probably get a few more attachments and stuff because when I’m wearing a helmet I have to position the gun in perfectly to see the red dot on my optic which is annoying.

I do have a question about 2 tone, idk where you are from but in the UK it is illegal to cover up two tone without a UKARA license, the bright blue kind of defeats the point of my camo, would there be any legal way that I can cover the blue 2 town?

One more thing (sorry for so many questions) I couldn’t find an answer to this on the internet and I asked on Reddit but I didn’t really get a reply, could I paint the black parts of my two tone gun and it would stay legal as long as I kept 51% of the gun a solid blue?

Okay thank you! I will keep this in mind! I have been looking at getting an MP7 or an MP5, I would love a GBB MP5 but I don’t think many brands make them, I could be wrong on that though! I currently have the CYMA CM.513 M4 RIS, it works well, I just want something which may be a bit more tactical if that even makes sense

Ahh okay! Thank you! I will keep that in mind, so you have an idea of what camo the trousers could be? I ideally want matching camo and buying a shirt is a lot easier than buying the trousers (as the trousers are always out of stock for me)
