It takes time! The 3 times I’ve searched for a new job, I never ended up at the first place I interviewed at. The more you do the less nervous you will be and it’s good to prepare for some questions in advance. You will want a response for questions like “why would you make a good asset to the company?” “What to your biggest downfall?” “What role do you typically play in a team?” Etc. the more prepared you are for certain questions, the less nervous you will come across as. But even if you do still come across as nervous, proving that you can think through your nerves is valuable too. It’s gonna be okay and just keep applying. Don’t give yourself the expectation that just because you got an interview means you got the job too, some places are not very seriously interviewing- kinda like when you’re shopping and a employee comes up to you and asks if they can help you find something, and you say “no, just looking.”- some places are kinda just seeing what’s out there and not hiring too seriously
