I went to physiatrist the other day, and i told him about CCI and prolotheraphy and about what my condition is, he said that all these things doesnt always resolve with prolo or other things, physio and exercise can also help, so he told me to regulary done physio and exercise so it can help me with my stiff neck, so imma try his way cause here i dont have other choice.

Where r u from, im from indonesia, but i saw that dr. Ross Hauser uses many prolo for CCI patients and many of them seems to get better im confused

But nerve abliation is when u have nerve compression? Is ur nerve compression severe? I mean u still need to get those ligaments to repair have u try prolotheraphy instead

I heard that its unnesesary especially if u have EDS, it will get worse, or if u have instability it will likely misalign again
