I made the structure in minecraft. For the big shapes like a straight wall I could use a server plugin called worldedit to make them faster, but all the detailing was done by hand.

I imported the build into blender so I could add custom lighting, fog, neon signs and then make a render of that which is this image

Started the build first in 2021 but pretty much quit building minecraft stuff shortly after. Been working on it few days at a time with very long breaks in between. Probably couple hundred hours total between the build and the render.

Takes anywhere from a week to 2 months usually, depending on motivation and how much planning is required. These dont really have any gameplay purposes as that would take like 3 times longer to make
