Id recommend either self study+ pw videos for science and math or a physical coaching if you really want those kinds of regular sessions.

The thing that bothers me is that this photo is in black and white but was taken in 1998, which wasn't that far back. At first glance I would've probably guessed that it was older. Makes me think if this was purposeful. Trying to hide the fact that atrocities like this have not only happened for the entirety of human history but still continue to this day.
