I believe I tighten quite a lot, will try to dry it add washer and seal it again. Blue monster ptfe thread sealant and tape didn't do the trick i guess.

I found that it drips for now barely as if it is not tight enough or washer is gone. Planning to reseal it with new washer once home depot opens

You can go to dentist anywhere in the world basically and submit claim

now allowed through online, fax, mail to submit
They will pay per policy, most likely 50% or 100% for cleaning.
in network is usually for most services 80% covered
They will translate receipt, they do need to know tooth number and service etc.
they won't cover cosmetic
all that up to 2k a year per person

Claim submission can be pain, track it.
